Growing up in a small town where everyone knew everyone! Having 5 tv stations and a party line!

Guthrie Nutrition. Owner. We offer Nutrition for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Who was your best friend growing up?
This is a hard one! I grew up with a group of very close friends. We are still close to this day! We don't see each other much, but we know we are always there for each other.
Money was of no concern what would you be doing?
Exactly what I am doing today! I love helping people get healthy. I love helping them realize that they can do it and that they are worthy! You can achieve anything when you have the right mindset and the right support system!

Tell the truth and listen before you speak!
Who is a great communicator in your life and why?
My mom. She always listens and then gives her opinion. She always lets me come to my own conclusion and decision. However, if I make the wrong decision or choice, she has taught me to use it as a learning tool. learn and grow from my experience.
What is your favorite way to learn?
I am a hands on person!

Your favorite person in the world and why?
My 4 year old son! He is the light in my life! It is so amazing to see the world through his eyes and have no worries in the world! He is constantly soaking things in and asking questions! He is so funny and carefree! He takes after his Momma
I guess.
Heady is an OK guy as well! His love for his community is so inspiring!!!
Who is someone that adds value to your life and how?
My husband! He is the calm, cool and collective one in our relationship. I am the fly by the seat of my pants type! He brings me back to earth and reality! I couldn't do life without him!
How do you go about planning your day?
have a Passion Planner! It is the best thing ever for someone who is visual like myself!
Are you a goal setter?
You bet!!
What's a big goal you have at the moment that you can share?
To retire my husband in 3 years!
Is there anything that you're measuring in your life right now and how?
I am really working on personal development right now! I try to be a better person everyday! I want to be someone that people to look up to. I am reading books and listening to motivational videos!

Do you have a favorite story to tell about one of your friends?
Oh! I have many!!! Too many to tell! I am very fortunate to have lots of close friends that leads to lots of great stories!!
